Tournament, Registration: When registering the athletes of a higher division in age can sometimes see those of the lower division

Athletes who are, say, 13 years old can watch the 12-year-old divisions as there are combined 12-13 divisions. The same happens with 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, etc. Those of the higher age can see the divisions of those of the next lower age. The only way to avoid this is to always make splits with only one age or create a range of ages in the splits. The program currently only "observes" one age, the lower one. If there is a category 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, even when there is also a category 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, in all of them the program will look for the lower one, due to the existence of combined categories and because only use one age, not both, of them, the lower of the combined category.
